We are excited to announce the beginning of the application period for the 2010 – 2011 school year for Fountain Square Academy.
Our school serves grades 5-12. We are a free public school and any student that lives in Indiana is eligible to apply. The application is easy; we hope you complete it and send it to us today.
Understanding the Application Process
The deadline for inclusion in the lottery has passed. However, we encourage you to fill out an application as a few spaces are still available in some grades. Once you have submitted an application, your family will be contacted about how to complete the enrollment process.
You can fill out our online application or you can download our printed application (en espanol) and return it to the school.
