Donors Choose:
Books to maximize learning potential

Ms. Bartlett teaches special needs students in grades 5-12. In order to help her students learn, she turned to Donors Choose to obtain books focusing on projects and activities to learn math, reading, writing and life skills.

"These books are geared toward special needs students or contain high-interest activities to grab students' attention and get them thinking," said Ms. Bartlett. "This way, I would have plenty of material to plan lessons that complement what the general education teachers are presenting while making sure students with special needs are getting those needs met!"

With the help of several generous donors, she got the resources she needed to maximize her children's learning potential.
